Account and Booking Terms

Booking Requirements

When you book our services, you enter into an agreement to receive cleaning services at the specified date, time, and location. You must provide accurate contact information and property access details. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment Responsibilities

You agree to pay for all services rendered according to our pricing structure. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. All prices are in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your scheduled services.

Service Availability and Modifications

Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to provide reliable service and website availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or continuous availability of our cleaning services. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Our cleaning services are currently available only in Metro Manila and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location. Some specialized services may have additional geographic limitations. Please confirm service availability for your specific location when booking.
