Terms and Conditions

2.1 Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for:

• • Providing safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning services
• • Securing or removing valuable items, fragile objects, and personal documents before service
• • Disclosing any hazardous conditions, special requirements, or safety concerns
• • Ensuring pets are safely secured during service delivery
• • Providing accurate property information, including size and specific cleaning needs

2.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services. You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor will you encourage or enable others to do so.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and promptly update any changes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays, cancellations, or additional charges.

2.4 Payment Obligations

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your service bookings in accordance with the payment terms provided. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect services already booked at the time of the price change.

2.5 Conduct Standards

You agree to treat our staff with respect and professionalism. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our team members will result in immediate service termination without refund.

4.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

4.2 Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these terms:

• Step 1: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice
• Step 2: If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Metro Manila
• Step 3: If mediation is unsuccessful within 60 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or litigation as appropriate

4.3 Arbitration

Any arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

4.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

4.5 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Any failure to assert a right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

4.6 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

4.7 Modification Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
